Vive le Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon!

The SS ship Farley Mowat thinks it can duck into a safe harbour in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon... think again! These proud and independent people will not give home to the cowardice of Paul and the SS.

Vive le Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon! Newfoundland and Labrador, and indeed Canada can take example from your spirit.

Tuck your tail and run Paul.

Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is a beautiful and wonderfully unique tourist destination in North America. A little piece of true French culture just off the south coast of the island of Newfoundland.

Update: Paul was not on the Farley Mowat, he was hauling his arse on a plane. Interviewed at the airport he suggested that France was not to blame for the trouble in St. Pierre, he instead implied that Newfoundlanders were the root cause. Take heed Paul here's a little piece of important information: The people of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon are not puppets of France. The people in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon are not influenced by Newfoundland and Labrador. Unlike the sheep that blindly follow the deceit and hypocrisy of the SS Society the people of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon are independent thinkers. They know what it is to be mariners. They know what it is to battle the sea, and they know the heartache of loss. When Paul can so callously speak of the death of their fellow sailors it shows his true colours. He is a man inspired by hate.

Once again I applaud the men and women of the islands of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
